The staff went above and beyond during my stay, especially when helping with my wife's injury. The room's sleek tech features were impressive but felt a bit cramped at times.

Property was well-designed and unique, we greatly enjoyed this place.

The location was unbeatable, a couple of blocks away from Bradbury Building. The restaurant was located within 300 metres. The room was new-fashioned and soundproof and it had a safe, central heating, and an iron. The decor was European.

Central location was a plus. Pershing Square tube station can be reached within 15 minutes walk...

Beds were hard in this place.

Location: the hotel was just next door to EVERYTHING, Lights, TV, Blinds, and even the Mood Lighting in the Shower Cubical. New-fashioned compact room, central heating, a safe and multi-channel television were appreciated.

The bed was comfortable, great to sleep well each night. The secure atmosphere gave us peace of mind while exploring the nearby areas.

The proximity to some busy streets led to occasional noise during the night.

The room was super cozy and tech-savvy, I loved controlling everything with an iPad 😍 Only downside was the fridge could've been colder. Can't wait to go back!

Would recommend for a brief hiatus

Comfortable room, convenient location, the iPad-controlled features in the room enhanced our experience while being just a block away from Grand Central Market for a delicious breakfast each morning.

I had a great night in a King Room on the 11th floor with a fantastic city view, and the iPad features for mood lighting were a neat touch. Loved chilling in the lounge area and enjoying the cozy vibe it offered. The room felt a tad snug for two, but overall, it was an awesome stay! 😊

The King Room was an advanced tech haven, with everything controlled via tablet. The breakfast was a standout, with a delicious variety like eggs, bacon, and bottomless orange juice that I definitely overindulged in. The location was great for cultural immersion, although the surrounding area had some homeless presence. Cleanliness and comfort were great, and quick check-in.
